Physiotherapy Letter/Report

Sometimes, supporting your child’s care involves work outside of direct therapy sessions—such as writing progress reports, preparing letters for schools or healthcare providers, or engaging in extended phone or email communication. When these tasks take more than 10 minutes, they are billed at $40 per 15-minute increment. We track time in 15-minute units to ensure you are only billed for the work required. This rate also applies if a therapy session runs longer than the scheduled time due to your child’s needs. We take care to use this time efficiently so that every minute spent directly benefits your child’s progress and support plan.
