Follow-up Appointment (In-person)

Description
Follow-up sessions provide ongoing support as you put your personalized sleep plan into practice. Each session is an opportunity to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, adjust strategies, and introduce new tools if helpful. These check-ins help ensure that your family is supported every step of the way, building confidence and celebrating successes along your sleep journey. We recommend scheduling a minimum of three (3) monthly follow-up sessions (25 minutes or 50 minutes, depending on your needs). This structure helps ensure that progress is being made and that your family has the ongoing support you need. If more frequent support is needed or recommended by your sleep consultant, you always have the option to book more appointments.
